What brought you to RE!NSTITUTE?

I applied for a remote internship my senior year of college to help create social media platforms for RE!NSTITUTE (formally known as RRI) in 2013. I always knew I wanted to be part of an organization that made a real impact. I wanted to be part of an organization whose mission wasn't to increase revenue but to create meaningful change. Once I attended my first 100-Day Challenge workshop, I became hooked and have been with the organization ever since.

What’s your current role?

I am currently the Associate Director for the US Sectore. I am responsible for business operations from project start to finish. I coordinate outreach, budgets, and contracts, manage the project, and make sure all deliverables are met. I also provide support for 100-Day Challenges and manage events.

What do you love about your role and RE!NSTITUTE?

I have held many roles at RE!NSTITUTE since my internship in 2013, which is why I love working here so much. The team cares about ensuring you are challenged, growing, and happy in your work. I love working with such a diverse and dedicated team. We all come from different backgrounds but have the same goal.

Where will we find you in your free time?

Spending time with my family, long walks, skiing, at the beach, or binge-watching Harry Potter!
