Our mission is to transform social systems and make communities more equitable, just, and safe.
RE!NSTITUTE ™ is an international nonprofit organization established in 2007 in order to help communities swiftly and effectively address critical social problems via a proven collaborative systems transformation strategy.
How do we do this? By working collaboratively with local systems and communities - supporting them to focus on effectively and equitably meeting the needs of the people they serve, by bringing together local agencies and constituents together to develop and achieve mutual goals within a specific timeframe and then build upon that success.
Our work has facilitated tangible results in regions worldwide – from Europe and the Middle East to Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and the United States – addressing issues like homelessness, gender violence, healthcare, governance, and criminal justice. We're excited to continue building on the legacy of the impact of our methodology, the 100-Day Challenge™, by offering a broad package of support that leads to long-term system transformation.
““It’s almost like there was a “pop,” the 100-Day Challenge, it created its own weather system is the only way I can explain it and that’s something that you know because you understand the 100-Day methodology and science. It created a gravity, a weather system of its own. Maybe some of this stuff we should have been doing all along. But now that we have this goal and gravity behind it, that’s why the outreach event became possible.”

“We were finally able to connect the dots between two main county departments and the senior adult support services. They were able to solidify a partnership that has now delivered an ongoing successful program.”

“It is rare to have space where there are direct service providers and people with a lot of positional authority having conversations together across communities.”

“We were delighted with the 100-Day Challenge. Not a single person can say that it did not work. For us, as [justice sector] operators, it offers a new way of thinking. These 100-Day Challenges are needed at the state and national levels.”
