  • Long relationship with the Founder (Nadim Matta) of over 23 years
  • Deep experience in witnessing the power of 100-Day Challenges.
  • Thought I could add something from my experience of scaling up 100-Day Challenges within large organizations
What’s Your Current Role?
  • Board Chair of RE!NSTITUTE
  • President of Construction at AXA XL – Started an insurance business unit focused solely on North America's largest Construction Companies over 12 years ago.  Responsible for directing the use of limited available resources to change processes necessary to exceed our annual plans.
What do you love about your role and RE!NSTITUTE?
  • Love the people at RE!NSTITUTE – their passion for implementing change necessary for positive Social Change is infectious
  • Working to find the perfect successor to the Founder and now shaping the Board and our direction for the future
  • Helping Society do what we all know is the right thing to do as effectively and efficiently as possible, maximizing the value of limited resources
