The Iraqi National Board of Pensions (NBP) implemented the reform of their old age and disability pension process with assistance of the World Bank and utilized our 100-Day Challenge methodology.
The Iraqi National Board of Pensions (NBP) implemented the reform of their old age and disability pension process with assistance of the World Bank and utilized the methodology of RE!NSTITUTE (formerly RRI). The first round of 100-Day Challenges sought to and successfully reduced the amount of time it took for pensioners to receive their first pension payment, from five months to one day. Data collection processes were also a focus area for improvement, with gaps being identified and resolved for collecting more complete and accurate employee data. In addition to the measurable improvements that took place during the Challenges, a number of soft changes occurred as well, including improvements in communication and team work, comfort with technology, confidence and morale.
