Join us for a free, virtual systems change workshop on October 7th, 11:00am–12:30pm ET (8:00am PT / 4:00pm BST), where you’ll work through a real problem from your own system.
RE!NSTITUTE® is a global nonprofit helping communities tackle urgent social issues through collaboration and systems change. In celebration of our 20th anniversary, we’re sharing key insights to create real, measurable results fast.
Over 20 years, we've run over 190 100-Day Challenges® across 30 countries. And we have coached every team through a stuck problem to produce real, measurable results in 100 days.
This workshop is a chance to work through your own system blockers using the same approach with our catalysts - live.
In 90 minutes, you will:
Learn concrete, actionable steps to understand the barriers and enablers to change within your system
Bring a real problem your system is facing, and use the Water of Systems Change triangle (developed by FSG) to understand blockers and opportunities
Work through it live in small groups, alongside others facing problems as stubborn as yours, uncovering where the real blocks are and what could shift them
Hear how we've applied the triangle inside real 100-Day Challenges around the world, and what it made possible
What To Expect
This is a LIVE working session led by our Catalysts (coaches). They will guide you through proven approaches to move past what has been stalling your work and help your team step into what is possible.
The session includes training and small group breakouts where you can go deeper and address your unique circumstances.

Who should attend?
Anyone working to make systems more equitable, responsive, and effective. That includes frontline teams, funders, and supporters who believe communities deserve better outcomes. If you are invested in this work in any way, it'll be well worth your time.

The workshop is hosted by Sarah Robens, CEO of RE!NSTITUTE, alongside our team of Catalysts.
When is it and how long does it last?
The virtual workshop takes place on October 7, 2026, from 11:00am to 12:30pm ET (8:00am to 9:30am PT / 4:00pm to 5:30pm BST).
Will there be a replay?
Yes. Everyone who registers will receive a link to the replay after the event. That said, we encourage you to attend live. The small-group breakouts and direct Q&A are only available in real time, and that is where much of the value lies.
Is this for individuals or teams?
Both are welcome. If you bring your team, you'll be working through the same real challenge together, which can carry on past the session. Register each person individually so everyone receives the replay.
